Acupuncture
Horse acupuncture is a form of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) that involves inserting thin, sterile needles into points on a that are specific the horse's body to stimulate the nervous system and promote healing. Uses are to manage pain, improve mobility, and address various health issues by influencing the body's natural healing processes.
Spinal Manipulation
Equine spinal manipulation is a manual therapy used to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal problems in horses. The practice focuses on restoring normal range of motion and function to the spine and limb joints. It is often used to address areas of restricted movement, often caused by factors like trauma, muscle spasms, or ill-fitting tack.
Dentistry
Equine dentistry is the practice of managing and maintaining a horse's oral health. It focuses on treating and preventing dental problems such as the ability to eat. Dental issues can affect a horse's overall health and performance. Unlike humans, horses' teeth continuously grow throughout their lives, making regular dental care essential.
It is recommend yearly oral exams in order to prevent large points and hooks which cause discomfort and to check for loose or fractured teeth.
Preventive Medicine
Horse preventive medicine is a wide range of proactive healthcare practices to maintain a horse's well-being and prevent diseases before they occur. This includes vaccinations, deworming and proper nutrition.
Vaccines recommend in the spring are Encephalitis disease (EEE and WEE) West Nile Virus, Equine Herpe Virus 1/4, Influenza, Tetanus and Rabies. In the Fall it is recommend to booster the Equine Herpe Virus 1/4 and Influenza.
Sports Medicine

It incorporates the prevention and treatment of injuries, management of musculoskeletal conditions, and enhancement of athletic potential.
